Twitter, Apple, Google, Now Netflix

The random technology outages continue, except now it’s hitting extremely close to home. First Twitter eats it regularly, then Apple and MobileMe (ongoing), GMail bit it for a few hours about a week ago, but now… this just takes the cake.     I think if Netflix fixes things by the weekend, they'll be ok. But I give them props for how open and transparent they have been with media. Apple could learn from their approach to crisis management. Here's my take:
