Hi Joel, this is the first time I'm watching the series in its entirety in order. I saw a few episodes here and there in the past but never in as much detail as I'm doing now. I'm rediscovering a lot of things I overlooked before.

Yes the box set is pretty cool - it comes with the pilot which I had never seen before on DVD until now.

is this the first time you saw twin peaks? i didnt see it in its original run but first on bravo network in 1993 i believe. indeed a strange series right? i liked your reviews! you know about the complete box set? best buy has it for like 100 bucks, but blockbuster online has them for rent too :)
