It was pretty good, since the internet connection wasn't good enough for streaming anything, and few people had cars (so trips to Blockbuster didn't happen much).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not sure how many people used it before it was vandalized, but hey...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, when I was a kid (when VHS was new!), the local grocery store had a video rental section.
