You can (and should) call your bank to increase the limit temporarily when you're doing something like buying a car or buying an engagement ring (both things I've done with my debit card).

MC's #10 "Sunshine" is a great film. Our buddy Sang recommended it to me when I was in Hawaii as I had just seen Danny Boyle's "28 Days Later" (same director). Actually, I recommend 28 Days Later too. I really dig that Danny Boyle dude. (and MC is right, it does fall apart at the end). I really enjoyed Zodiac as well, dunno if you saw that.
Also - you gonna post a blog report or some pics of Wondercon? I haven't gone in years -- actually, you're the only reason I went originally :-P, but that show continues to amuse and intrigue.
