I honestly can't tell that much difference between the DVD and BluRay discs on it. I agree that the format has limited appeal though. And were it not a secondary feature of the PS3, it's doubtful I would've purchased a stand-alone player. Large screen HDTVs and projection systems likely see the most benefit, of course.

Speaking of DVD and Blu-Ray annoyances this image really sums it up: http://i.imgur.com/GxzeV.jpg

Why oh why must I have to fast forward through 10 minutes of dreck to even get to the annoying DVD/Bluray menu?!?!

Re: Changing The Disqus CSS

Such a nice post DISQUS is a good commenting tool, with this commenting on other social networking sites become very easy.I really recommend using DISQUS for comments on your Wordpress, Blogger and Tumblr blogs..

Re: Google Buzz: Reminds Me More Of Yahoo! They'll never admit to a problem unless they really have to.

A firmware fix could improve the situation, I guess. But I won't hold my breath for it. Rechargeables do sound like a good option, especially since I will soon have two Magic Mice of my own (work and home), plus my girlfriend's two (work and home). That's a lot of batteries to replace every six weeks.

Re: Magic Mouse Battery Life: 6 Weeks. Think I'll go the
rechargeable route as am already feeling guilty tossing all these batteries.

I always hold out some hope that this is a genuine issue which Apple can
fix. But also, knowing how Apple is with these sorts of situations, they
won't publicly acknowledge anything until they've collected a lot of
complaints and have a fix worked out, which could take a while. So
rechargeables it is.
