Okay... I'll change that base star number.

I didn't see the first season of BSG, so I was a "noob" last year. But luckilly, there are only two previous seasons (plus the miniseries) so it won't take too long to get caught up... sounds like you have! It's a pretty cool show. The last episodes sagged a bit IMHO but this one was up to my high expectations... and the Peagasus one was pretty awesome. I also really liked the one episode ... the Captains Hand, where the Pegasus gets led into a trap and the captain has to go down and fix the plumbing... great stuff.

Yep- the chief looked fat.

There were 4 basestars.

Wicked ending to Eye of Jupiter - reminded me of the standoff with the Pegasus last season (which I just watched for the first time about a month ago...I'm a BSG Noob!!)

Hmmm... you may be right I guess I should check that. I'll probably watch that episode again tomorrow and fix it if need be.

Yeah I kinda noticed the Chief tubby thing too. Still, he beat Adama in the boxing match so he's not totally out of shape .... !

I feel kinda uber-nerdy pointing this out, but weren't there 4 basestars not 3 that showed up at the algae planet?

Oh, and this is also a pointless aside, but the Chief was really looking tubby in this episode. He needs to go on the same diet that Apollo went on :-)
